Twill Auto Service is a family owned and operated business. We've been in the St. Petersburg area since 1988. From our humble beginnings in a one bay, one lift garage behind Outback Restaurant to our next shop which had more room then we could have imagined. And now once again we have moved to our new beautiful building just a few feet Twill Auto Service is a family owned and operated business. We've been in the St. Petersburg area since 1988. My experience with this Shop is these folks are very professional and very honest. I would recommend them anytime to anyone.
Danielle and Neil are very professional very courteous and very honest. Neil is so knowledgeable when it comes to cars and trucks. The shop itself is very clean and organized and they have all the modern equipment that is needed to repair a vehicle.

Fast, efficient service.
While driving down the road this morning, I heard a noise from under the hood of my 2004 Mercedes E500 Wagon. A red battery warning light appeared on the dash, and the steering wheel became difficult to turn.

Luckily I was only a few blocks away from Twill Auto Service. The team at Twill was able to quickly diagnose the issue (a faulty/broken serpentine belt tensioner pulley) and got my car in the shop quickly.

They replaced only what was needed to get me back on the road and advised me of what would need to be repaired in the near future. The job was done quickly and the cost was reasonable.

Although this was my first time at Twill, the friendly service I received made it feel like I had been a long time repeat customer.

If I, or anyone I know, run into car troubles around the Seminole area, I will be sure to recommend or visit Twill Auto Service.

Tire and wheel swop
Brought in my 2013 Dodge Challenger for a tire and wheel swop. They called me to advise me of a potential issue. I of course agreed to the repair.
Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and appreciated.

Always trustworthy
All my family brings their cars to Twill Auto. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. They communicate through texting and are very fast working. Also, they have a beautiful dog in the office.😀
