Cummins blows a tranny
Finally made it to my first transmission replacement in my 2016 Cummins, amazingly I got 155k out of it with lots of towing.
Chris and trans max did a great job got me a few upgrades on the rebuild but kept me in my budget. Super happy with how the trucks been running. Thank you Trans Max

Honest and affordable
Chris and the entire staff were so honest and helpful! I went to a Ford dealership and they told me if would be 6-8000 for a new transmission but it wouldn't be done for a week. I went to Trans Max and they repaired my collision plate and all of my codes and I paid 2300 and it was done the next day! I will drive the hour because I have found an honest mechanic shop!

Excellent and friendly service. Technicians that know their stuff. Do t expect this place to be some half ass cheap mechanic. You get what you pay for and they are a solid 10.

I can't say enough about Chris and his amazing team.
To start they are all so friendly, courteous and filled with exuberance. This is my second time back to there business with another car of mine.
This car's problem is very elusive. They spent literately two days working on diagnosing my car's problem. Like many situations it's not cut and dry. They called to let me know it would take dismantling the differential and the drive train to know more. I elected to drive it some more before inventing several thousand dollars on exploratory surgery. If matters get worse I would bring it back in on the premise that the problem would be more obvious.

worth noting that after I updated my original review to provide more context and clarify my position respectfully, there was no further response or acknowledgment from your side. If the goal truly was to engage in open, honest dialogue and transparency—as your previous message suggested—I would have expected a reply addressing my updated comments. That silence speaks for itself. My experience, as stated, remains valid and unaddressed.

Transmission repair.
Great people who were very knowledgeable and did not try to take advantage of a woman. I had taken my car to 2 other places that told me I needed a new transmission which was not the case at all. Transmission required a minor repair and I am back on the road.

As an active-duty service member, I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment I received at this transmission repair shop. I respectfully asked if there was any way I could either pick up my vehicle by Saturday or at least access it to retrieve some important personal belongings. Instead of being met with understanding, I was insulted and disrespected—both personally and due to my Colombian nationality. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when making a polite request. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially fellow military personnel or members of the immigrant community.
