Selective memory with us doesn't work out so well since we document everything so well. It was so pleasant of you to try and dispute the credit card charge as well. We just forwarded the recording when we called you and you authorized the additional diagnostic time, even outlining that the additional time may, OR MAY NOT, find the problem. That's why we keep those recordings so handy ;-). Do you grant us permission to upload the recording on our Youtube channel and provide the link right here so everyone in the universe can hear it? Verified CustomerThanks for taking the time to write about your experience with our shop. We would appreciate if you would tell the WHOLE story! You rolled in and proceeded to tell us how to do the repair, that ONLY 4 BOLTS needed to be replaced, and how you could do it but you didn't have your tools. I (the "jerk") told you that we have to put it through the check in process, which takes a few hours, and the minimum shop fee is $150 plus tax. You responded, "for removing 4 bolts?". That is when I realized we would not be a good fit and instead of taking your $150.00 suggested that you keep it on the tow truck, and take it to someplace else to save you another full tow fee through a third party. Yep, WE ARE TERRIBLE FOR NOT WANTING TO CHARGE YOU A DIAGNOSTIC FEE AND TRYING TO SAVE YOU MONEY MONEY ON YOUR TOW BECAUSE YOU HAD YOUR VEHICLE TOWED TO A SPECIALIZED TRANSMISSION SHOP TO GET "4 BOLTS REMOVED"!
The BEST part was you had the tow company tow you to Autozone (for a 4 bolt repair) THEN CALLED BACK IN AN HOUR ASKING IF WE REBUILT TRANSFER CASES BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T REALIZE YOU WERE CALLING THE SAME PLACE YOU HAD IT AT!!! 4 BOLTS, HUH? You are a CLOWN!
