As always, they got our van in and out quickly.. price was actually lower than originally given . Always a positive experience !
Been going to town car since we moved here in 2019.. a new friend recommend them.. said she had been taking her car there forever.. only people she’s trusted. That said a lot! Our experience was amazing! Anytime we have brought our van in, they are able to diagnose the problem, fix it and are fair with the cost… and are very honest! Got a call one time saying “ hey.. we over charged you by $20.. putting it back on your card “. That speaks volumes of their character . Will ONLY take our vehicles to Town car Repair !

Needed rear brakes and rotors
They did a great job on my rear brakes. Turns out I needed rotors too, and they had them in stock and were able to replace both on just a couple of hours.

Great Service
I had an emissions problem and went to two dealerships in the area which were attempting to gouge me for money and the customer service was horrible. Rob and his staff were amazing! Rob explained everything clearly. The emissions system was diagnosed and repaired in a reasonable time! Rob called and kept me informed of the status of the repair. I will be returning to Town Car Repair, Inc. to service my vehicles!

My Truck shut down on me
I was on my way to work in DC. My Truck shut down on me as I was heading towards the city. I pulled over. Freaked all the way out. Then looked up on Google local shops. They were all the way around the corner...can you believe it? I walked over when they opened at 0730. Verified the cost of an oil change that I'd been putting off (don't judge me just read the review) purchase a quart at the 711 next door. Walked back to the truck oiled, started, and drive the 5 mins needed. These guys are straight up studs. They had the oil changed fluids filled and tires aired in no time. Hats off guys!!

Trust
There’s very few people I trust in this world and Rob and his crew are in that group. Every experience I’ve ever had has been genuine and honest. I recommend everyone I can to them because they’ve never let me down. As a woman it’s hard to find a mechanic that won’t try to scam you and I had to complete faith in them from the first of many times I brought my car in. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough to express how amazing this place is.
