Brakes
Brakes work well so far. The car was ready when stated. Mike was not available as he was on lunch but Julio did a great job of making sure the car was ready in time for me to pick up my children from school. I appreciated the recommendation for an oil change but again was in a rush to make sure I picked up my kids on time. I was in the process of asking if the car was ready but was hung up on. I ended up taking an Uber to and from the shop as it was relatively convenient.

Really appreciated walking into see if they had time to do an oil change and they were able to take my car in now!!!
You were very accommodating in being able to get my car right in for an oil change when I went there without an appointment!!

Quick Service
I called in the morning and got an 11:00am appointment for an oil change. Waited in the nice waiting room for 30 minutes and it was finished. Great and fast service.

I feel at ease with Top Performance to do an oil change plus if my vehicles need work they are very fare, I will never go back to an mobile mechanics they ruin vehicles

Mike is professional & polite
I feel comfortable with the fair treatment I receive at Top Performance. I do want to speak with Tony about my quote to replace the spark plugs on our 2015 Lexus RX 450h. The bid came in at $1,200. Wow - that’s crazy.
I contacted a few highly rated shops in Portland and their bids ranged from $670 to $900. The $670 bid comes with a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty.
I want to be loyal - like I have for the past 20+ years but I need a reasonable price for the spark plugs replacement for our Lexus RX 450h.

Normally amazing.
When I set the appointment up for a simple oils change tire rotation and brake flush they recommend one other service. I said sure. They told me a couple hours total but it ended up being almost 6 hours probably because I said I had to have it by 4pm. My suggestion is to not tell them when you need it by or they will deliver on that not when they say they will.
