Repair style
Make sure they will call if there is a variance in repairs. I am old school and prefer things done a certain way. If you are looking for it to be repaired no matter what they have to do then tell them.

Need brakes asap
I needed my parking brake fixed and the first place I went to didn’t seem interested because the drums were rusted so bad. I ended up needing everything replaced and I need it done in a couple of days. Tony’s got it done in time at a fair price.
