Business will cost you time & money!
I purchased 1 pair of tires in the afternoon. They were paid for and reserved for installation the morning of the following day since I had another errand to take care the day I bought them. I inquired at what time the business opened and was told 7am; and I was given a 7:15 am appt. (which clerk wrote on my receipt) to come in and have the tires installed which was sufficient time to complete the work and allow me to get to my own work on time. I arrived at 7:05am and the business was closed. There was no one there except a young woman sitting on the bench whom I thought was another customer. She told me that she was an enployee waiting for the business to open. Someone finally showed up at 7:25am! My vehicle started getting worked on at 7:40am as well as another's vehicle who came in well after myself and so further delayed/extended my car's repair time! My vehicle got completed at 8am which was the time I needed to be at work (15 mininute drive from the shop). I ended up being late to my job and docked 1 hour ($20) of pay which made myself and the company I work look bad through no fault of my own. The person who worked there gave no reason for their tardiness and was the only person available that morning to perform the work (on my car and the later car to arrive). I returned 4.5 weeks (I don't live near there, and my job was completed for that area the day of the the tire installation) later for an alignment and demanded a $20 discount to balance out my loss, but the business owner (who was not there and required to be called by phone) refused to acquiesce to my request stating a 48hr warranty even though the situation had nothing to do with any warranty issue. I left after wasting another 20 minutes of my time, and while waiting spoke to another woman who was screwed over on a bait and switch. She was shown poor tires, refused them and paid more for tires that in the end were still not the ones she chose, but were tires of lesser quality and price and she still paid the higher cost forvthe lower priced set just because her husband was fed up and wanted to get her on the road. This place is a rip-off with no integrity that does not honor their own promises or business hours. Avoid at all costs!!

"Minus -5 stars" THE WORST TIRE SHOP EVER !!!!!!!
went to tire depot to buy 2 used tires for the front of my truck and not less than 15 miles later on the highway my tire indicator light came on indicating the pressure in my front right tire was malfunctioning on the digital gauge read out . so obviously when the guy changed my tire the air valve was knocked or something because my truck isnt reading the digital readout on my dash indicator . so i went back 2 days later with my 30 day receipt saying that ANY issues they will cover that . WELL i'm positive i DID not have that problem prior . i live 30 miles from this shop so it doesn't come easy going there just to have them fix something they broke , so when i came there 2 days later it was packed and i sat waiting for an hour and finally gave up . that was on a saturday. and i got it yall was busy , but now its wednesday now im writing this review and just came back home now 7 days total , later and they STILL didn't wanna warranty THERE WORK . i arrived this morning around 8am , and was told someone will bein at 8;30am to look at my valve stem. supposedly i needed there mechanic and was RE TOLD by someone else that there guy doesn't come in till 9;30am which would be a good hour from that time, totaling almost 2 hours .in the mean time nobody even attempted to take the tire off to see the problem in the mean time or even to have the tire off prior to there SUPPOSED mechanic getting there in an hour supposedly. Meanwhile The guy who explained this BS was rude as hell and trying to come up with nothing but excuses of how it malfunctioned after the fact when i just left there .. DUDE !!!!! i ONLY got 15 miles down the road and started having indicator lights coming on, and he saying i'm having tire problems period, but nooo its not there problem.There is more but its worthless to go into detail online, just trust me , you don't wanna go there............sooooo, Basically in a nutshell. DO NOT GO THERE !!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE WORK !!!! PLUS THEY ALL LOOK LOST AS FU---. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING THERE !! WORST EXPERIENCE

The Most unorganized place ever
This tire shop is unbelievable ridiculously disappointing they have the most turnovers ever and can't keep anyone because no one knows anything very disrespectful staff and it does not have urgency I thought to the tire place from 8:00 this morning and I am still here right now and it is 10am so please choose some other place to get an affordable used tire or new tire besides tire depot. Us on main Street they suck ?????

3 hours and nothing
’ve been here 3 hours paid $90 for 2 tires still haven’t been taken care of 3 people that came after me have already left when I asked the manager or owner whoever he is how long he said they are backed up I told him 3 people after me had tire changes with 2 or more tires and left before me 30monites ago he looked at me and walked off, then just now he tried to do another man’s car and I said something and he said your next ? but not offering any money back, discount for next time won’t be coming back here I’ll take my business up the street

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -100
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WE HAVE A MOM NOT DOING GOOD IN HOSPITAL N 8O OLD DAD WITH US, HE STAYED AT HOSPITAL N WE BROKE DOWN GOING TO GET LUNCH, THEY SAID THEY HAD A GREAT SET OF TIRES, BUT DIDNT TELL US EVERYTHING. THEY SAID WE WERE NEXT WE WERE LAST, WE WERE THERE 3 HOURS. THEY DIDNT HAVE ALL STUFF THEY SHOULD HAVE. THEY STRIPPED ALL OF OUR LUGNUTS N BLAME OTHERS N LEFT US STRANDED ON NEW YEARS EVE N CLOSED UP. ONLY PLACE OPEN HELPED US N STAYED AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING. WE HAVE HAD TO BUY ALL NEW LUGNUTS N PAY FOR OTHER HELP. DAD NOT IN GOOD SHAPE WAS STRANDED AT HOSPITAL FOR 5 HOURS N GOT A RIDE HOME FROM STRANGERS FROM JASPER. WE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO TALK TO SOMEONE THERE N NO LUCK N NO CALL BACK.
