I recently purchased a vehicle due to a total loss of my previous vehicle. When arriving on the lot, I was pleasantly greeted by everyone. My original salesperson was tied up with another customer, but Don went above and beyond to help me. He wasn't pushy or inpatient, but took lots of time with me. I felt like I was the only customer in the dealership. Always amazing. He was the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. Anytime I had a question, even after my sale was complete, I could contact him. The whole experience from test driving, financing and purchase was absolutely ?

I have been purchasing and servicing my vehicles from Thornton Road for the last 8 years and I have been given the top of the line customer service. My salesperson has been the same throughout these years. He is courteous, friendly, patient and really cares about his customers. Although I travel a number of miles to get there, I will continue to get service from them.

I would like for the online pricing to be more consistent and on target with the actual price at the dealership. Also, the negotiated price is also different upon signing papers with the finance manager. He told me that my negotiated price was just an "estimate." This can make any consumer feel as though the dealership is not trustworthy.
