This was our 3rd time had our car maintenance there. Love the service and the recommendations. They are genuinely helping us. Most of the repair shops always over stating the problem and pushing people to fix so they can make more money, but not at theWRENCH. They tell us what wrong, give us an estimate, and tell us if it's not a safety issue and you don't need to fix it now. If they can't fix it they will recommend us a shop that can fix it. I like their honesty.
Last night coming home from an imagining session my belt went out 3 miles from home. Got home, thankfully. Charged the battery this morning and drove to the autoparts store because they check your alternator and battery for free. They were fine, but the belt was gone. They sold me a new belt and directed me to an auto repair shop to have them put it in. They said one hour. Considering I had no appointment and it was a Sunday, I told them I would buy them a large pizza if it got done on time. They got their pizza. I am blessed!
John & his crew are amazing! Their service is high-quality- repaired my rear brakes and completed an oil change promptly! John is prompt when communicating about updates and potential changes. They even repaired my rear wheel barrel for a major discount. Their finance program is very helpful, and simple to use! 10/10
I've been taking my car to the Wrench for all of my service needs for the past 3 years. I've always been thrilled with the results. I don't get upsold, I don't get hassled, I just get the service I requested. John runs a tight ship and really takes care of the customer. Highly recommend.
The first time I took my vehicle to this establishment, I was having squishy brakes and just wanted him to jack it up and let me know where it was leaking. He told me it would take him 15 minutes and he would be back to let me know the problem. An hour and a half later that he already charged me without permission, he came and told me I needed my brake lines replaced. He quoted me around $360 I said okay. Not long after I came back with brake problems again for the second time. He said brake lines needed to be replaced and quoted me $1, 300. he told me he would do it for $500 and was giving me a good deal and forced me to give him a good review on Google in return for his Good deed. so I did. Then a couple days after that I had an oil leaking came to him again to just Jack it up to let me know where it's leaking. It took his mechanic an hour and a half to let me know he could not find it. It only took me a couple of minutes to find out that the oil pressure sensor was spewing out oil. He quoted me 4 hours because he had to take apart a lot of stuff to fix it. I got on YouTube and took only one bolt off the top cover to access the sensor and fixed it in less than 2 hours myself. I have a friend at church that has been there and knows John and his mechanics who left a clipboard underneath his hood and broke a blade off his fan. In his investigation, he learned that John goes through mechanics quite often. I will never recommend this place to anyone other than my enemy and I don't have any other than the devil himself.
