We are so sorry, Kim. No two ways about it. The day you came in was disastrous. We had debilitating network problems causing no connections to our printers, downtime with our cloud phone system where after placing calls on hold we couldn't retrieve them again, and no email or internet availability at the time. We have since emailed your invoice and trust that you received it.
