Basic Maintenance
I brought my car in for a basic maintenance and for a spark plug replacement, and Novin was very helpful in calling me immediately after dropping my car off and letting me know I had some chewed wiring and valve cover, he was very nice to ask and let me know that doing all the maintenance at once would help keep the cost low. I appreciate the work they did to my car, it’s running like brand new.

Service and inspection of my GMC truck
The mechanic I had used for years recently closed and I was left to find a new one. Saw an ad in a mailer about Alternative Automotive and decided to visit. Spoke to Jeff the service manager about my service needs and he had me in the next morning and performed everything I asked for. The amount I paid and the time I waited was just as he promised. And, by the way the waiting room was very nice and comfortable, coffee service, Wi-Fi, and really clean. A very good first experience.

Efficient and friendly
I had a great experience! I brought in my Mercedes, and the process was easy. I scheduled online, they were expecting me, sent me reminders through text, and greeted me at the door. The owner, Jeff, was professional and friendly and did not have me pay for services I didn't need. I will be back for brakes in a few months!

Oil Change, minor oil leak and check for intermittent noise from an unknow vehicle source.
Steve and Jeff always appear to upfront and and focused on providing the necessary care for my three vehicles. In fact, I have referred relatives and other to them for their vehicle service.
