Stripped door hinge bolts
WOW, T & A American Car Care Center is AMAZING, I had an issue, called them and they got it in and done same day. Len walked me through and explained everything so professionally that I knew I was getting great service! Thank you so much for all the help!

No concern for safety
I'd never trust a company that allows someone using drugs with my vehicle. They are aware this employee is on drugs and because he's having a affair with the office manager he's still employed and putting the safety of customers in Jeopardy. Absolutely would never use this business

We have used T and A for years and today my husband goes in to but a set of 4 tires. 1st, the attitude was horrible!! 2nd, when he left the truck wobbled, so he took it back. Guess what!! They didn't tighten down a back tire!! My husband and Granddaughter were in that truck and the guys concern was the fender if the tire had fell off, oh and because it was loose, he lost 2 lug nuts. There was no I'm sorry, but excuses "some things get missed when there are 2 people working on a vehicle" . My husband and granddaughter could have DIED! Not to mention the damage they would be held liable for. We will never go back!

Took over a week to make repairs dropped over $1000 and the car still has issues.

Worst place in milton
have been using them for years until this month. They lie to you and I had to go up there multiple times bc they put my steering wheel upside down. I told them my steering wheel was upside down and they said the guy was at lunch and It was no big deal I could wait for him to get back and correct it. I talked to the owner les and he said if I didn't like it don't come there anymore. I had a heater coil put in and thy wouldn't even connect the holes thar they would of had to disconnect anyhow. They said he would be another half hour labor for 30 seconds of work even though I paid $650 to have heater coil changed. So I asked them if thy checked to make sure heater coil worked before I left they said no and they broke my dash. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there I would go to anyone else besides them they are liars and they will rip u off
