Only Ones You Need To Call
All you have to do to see what to look for in professional automotive service is to call these guys (and gal). They are the best in every department, cost, skill, speed, friendliness, facilities but, most importantly, they really seem to care about taking the best care of their customers.

Challenging mirror
They did a good job on my vehicle, just could do a better job of communicating, I had to contact them most of the time it was in the shop. The mechanic did a great job and was very helpful.

Perfect solution
Took our 2010 Mini Cooper in for a battery change and computer reset as well. While there, we had them replace the broken radio. They found a place that had the radio, ordered it, and installed. Everything worked like clockwork. Great folks to work with.

Check engine light
Came in for a check engine light. They found out it was fuel contamination and needed a new fuel pump. Technician stayed late to finish the install so I could get my car back.

My visit to East Hill Auto on Airport
Today I stopped in at East Hill Auto to have my 10 yr old car checked for safety before a trip. After the inspection I was told there was nothing wrong at all with the car! Jay was the person who helped me. He was professional and informative as well as friendly.

Great overall experience
I brought my vehicle in for repairs under extended warranty. After a week of run around with the warranty company not returning calls, ending in all out of pocket expenses, Elizabeth and the rest of the crew were able to get my car back before the end of the day. Being the only driver in my house with 3 children and a disabled husband the quick turn around means the world! Thank you so much for all the compassion you showed during this endeavor, we will be back for future vehicle needs!

Untrustworthy and disappointing
Went to take my 2011 car to get checked out after engine light came on. East Hill quoted my essential work at 4K with everything together coming out to nearly 7k. It was only after I told them about asking for a second opinion that they told me they could give a new estimate with after market parts— they dropped the bill to nearly 2k. Fortunately with the second opinion my total bill came down to less than 500.00 After not needing a replacement of the part I was adv of - please be wary this shop may be overcharging and untrustworthy choice- I went to Pensacola A/C and Auto Repair they priced me fairly and completely the work in 1 BZ day. I will not be coming back and I will caution my F/F of East Hill and their attempts to extract large sums of cash from locals

Dropped my 2006 SUV off for much-needed front end, air conditioning and oil leak service. All done very well.
Dan and his mechanic quickly inspected my SUV, laid out the maintenance plan and got on it. I was kept up to speed on the parts procurement and work progress. It runs smoothly and EHA did a fine job. I’m a happy camper! Highly recommended to all my friends. 👍
