Oil change, replace wipers, brake check
As always, had a pleasant experience! Chip took my car for a ride explained the issue with my brakes and said I could replace the front pads and rotors and gave me a credit if I have it done there. No danger keeping the brakes as is for now. Always appreciate an honest consultation. Thank you!

I've been taking my vehicles to Sutton Street Service for years. This is not something I say lightly or frequently, but I have been blessed by the care, consideration, and professional service provided by Chip, Carol, and their team.
Auto maintenance and repair has gotten so complex over the years; even a basic oil change can be a challenge. There's so much that goes on under the hood that we don't understand, and it changes almost daily, but Chip stays on top of it and figures out what to do. As customers, we never get to see the frustration of trying to understand manufacturers' latest tweek. Instead, we get a straightforward, honest appraisal of the situation with realistic pros and cons if extensive work needs to be done.

I'll be honest, there have been times I didn't like what I heard. But with Chip, there's no bull. When he told me a particular car I had wasn't worth putting another penny into, as much as it hurt my pride, I knew he was right. On the other side, I've had things go wrong I was sure would be an expensive disaster, only to learn it was a tiny adjustment that could be fixed on the spot with a smile.
I know this might sound strange, but I consider it a Joy and a Privilege to be blessed with a great mechanic and gentleman.
