Trustworthy and Kind
I highly recommend Ray's Auto. Steve, the owner, is not only a genuinely nice person but also very knowledgeable, honest, and concerned about safety. I recently went there without an appointment when my brake light came on. He promptly diagnosed the problems, showed and explained them to me, and completed the repairs by the end of the next business day. He didn't try to do extra work, explaining that certain parts did not yet need to be replaced, which I appreciated and was impressed by.

Ray Garage provides excellent service to their customer, for example, when drop-off your vehicle off for service/repair they will give you a ride back to your home/ job and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. They are very professional

Honest, integrity and thorough top-notch skills
These days it’s very hard to find a shop you can trust. One that will listen to you and give you straightforward answers without adding unneeded services. Steve is very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. He took his time to answer my questions and explain what my cars needs were. My mother has raved about Steve and has been going here for years. I finally listened to my mother and she was right. I was in a dire situation and was handled with kid gloves. If you are looking for a shop with integrity honesty, and excellent workmanship. This is the place to go. I do not put my trust into places easily. I will continue to go here for any of my Auto needs. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. .

transmission replacement
Steve is fantastic. Our transmission got damaged by another garage, and Rays was able to diagnose the issue, likely cause, and replace the part. Throughout the whole experience, they were very helpful, explaining the nuances of the issue, and making honest recommendations about how best to handle it. we always trust taking our cars to Ray's.

Best Auto Service
Ray's Auto is the best. Steve is professional and honest. He offers great service at a fair price. I have been going there since I moved to Methuen almost three years ago. Never price gauges you. He will not do unnecessary work either. When my car had a service under warranty at the Honda dealership, they gave me a list of things that they said "needed" to be done with estimated prices. I took my car to Ray's and Steve only did the necessary items, there were many that really were not necessary. He charged a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge me for the items he stated did need to be done. I put all my trust in him. I have two cars, one that one of my daughter's uses and I won't bring either car to anyone else. My older daughter and son in-law go there too. The best auto service, customer service and prices.
