Great place
I can’t imagine using any place other than Sugar Creek Auto for my car care. They treat everyone like family, perform expert services and are always open and honest about repairs. They always go the extra step to make sure each vehicle is cared for as if it is their own.

Great reception and work on my 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid on such short notice!
Great repair and upkeep on my old Toyota Camry Hybrid (@>100,000 mileage)! Ladies at shop reception were courteous and affable. Car mechanic was gracious indeed. My family and I will continue to take our automobiles here for follow up and maintenance. Cost of service was actually better than their competition!

Great Experience
Nick is an honest mechanic, he has a great team and they don’t play around. He got my old school 2007 Chevy Silverado back in action and ready for work, all at a very reasonable price.

Melissa has good old fashioned customer service down pat. She was a pleasure to work with, and was able to make the payment and pickup process very easy.

Sugar Creek Auto is the best place to take your vehicle for repairs and maintenance. They are a no frills no BS trustworthy shop that you will want to take your vehicles to for the rest of your life.

Came in for wiper motor change out and oil change. Mike always does a fantastic job, even tightened up my driver side mirror. Great staff. Even got to pet and offered a new kitten !!! 😁

Repair engine noise - pulley and belt
They did a great job on my vehicle and are really nice and helpful people with a wonderful sense of humor too. I mean, how often now a days do you get a comedic reference to the Swedish Chef.

Always great service!
My family and I have been bringing our cars here for several years now. Customer service has always been great and we have never had any issues with the work they have done on our cars. The parts are also concerned under a 2 year warranty. It’s hard finding good mechanics who operate with integrity which is why we always come back to SCA. If you want to feel at ease and know that your car will be serviced properly, I’d highly recommend this shop.
