AC repair on a 2000 GMC Sierra truck.
Gary and Juanita serviced my 2000 GMC Sierra pickup, which had been having a AC issue for quite a while. The air conditioner had a refrigerant leak, which had been alluding detection. They found the o-ring that had deteriorated, replaced it and recharged system. When the AC still didn't work, they troubleshoot, replaced the computer, and overcame some technical programming problems. When I had to leave the truck overnight, one of the employees, Andrew, provided a ride home, going out of his way to take me home. Love Suffolk Alignment. They are a family business, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have recommending them to a friend, who now uses them for her auto servicing and repairs.

Won't be using them again, ever
Failed inspection for a non-issue (seatbelt wouldn't retract fast enough for the young boy doing the inspections, but I was told by another shop that if it retracts, it passes); did not inform me by any method of communication that it had failed, had to call and ask if it was ready and was told that it was ready and could be picked up. Noticed the rejection sticker upon arrival. No offer to fix the problem, no notice that there was a problem, so, no problem not using them ever again. Took vehicle to another local shop to get an honest inspection done.

Ray said he had the alternator replaced. Then he had a separate oil leak not related to the work. Another leak occurred and Ray said it was due to the mistake of the business. The leak happened while he was on a road trip. He had to put keep putting oil in the vehicle to make it home. This leak caused the alternator to go out. The business did their best to make it right and did not charge for the repair.
