Right fender replacement. Beautiful job in repair.
The right fender never looked so good. Great job of replacing it. The cleaning of inside, especially windows, was outstanding.

Star Body Works is the best
I had the flu when my appointment came around. I called the day before to let them know. They accommodated me in everyway they could. My car looks brand new! What more could I ask for? Nice people, nice work!

Star Body Works Is An Outstanding Organization
Dave Hallett, our Farmer's Insurance Agent recommended Star Body Works when my Subaru Outback got side-swiped in Ashland as did several of our friends. Apparently Star Body Works has a stellar reputation. I can see how it has been earned based on our experience. Marcus was our Star representative. He had excellent communication and kept us updated frequently via their text and phone system. If my husband had a question, he called and was immediately helped. The customer service at Star is top-notch. They were able to get the repairs done two days early, which was wonderful. The repairs themselves are gorgeous. This is MY car and I couldn't be happier. My husband is the car expert in our family and he couldn't be happier. Thank you, Star Body Works for being such a well-run organization. And, thank YOU, Marcus for being wonderful to work with at all times. It doesn't get better than that!

Did a great job
It took awhile to get into the shop for the repair. When you want the best; you have to wait. The guy at the counter was super helpful and polite. Once the car was dropped off, they kept me updated on the status of the repair. It was worth the wait.

Nice job
Not only did they do an excellent job on the body work, but they cleaned the car inside and out. I received frequent updates on the progress of the repairs, and the car was ready before the estimated date even though there was more damage than originally thought.
