Sport Durst Hyundai Evaluation
Mr. Jonathan Kaitell was the Sport Durst Hyundai salesperson that assisted us in purchasing a new Elantra SE. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very observant of our specific requirements regarding the type and model of car we were seeking. At no point did Mr. Kaitell attempt to "move" us upward in the Elantra line in terms of price and/or availability. When the Hyundai we purchased arrived earlier than expected, Mr. Kaitell quickly contacted us. We were pleased with this initiative on his part and we obtained the Elantra SE earlier than anticipated. Throughout our conversations with Mr. Kaitell he was very professional and an excellent representative of Sport Durst Hyundai.

Amazing level of service!
Everyone at Sport Durst Hyundai was very friendly and accommodating. Taylor was recommended to me by a friend, and she definitely exceeded all expectations. She was very attentive and helpful in answering all my questions over car options when I was not yet ready to buy, we did a test drive to make sure I felt comfortable with my choice, and she walked me through the process when I finally was ready to buy. Generally pretty good
I contacted many Hyundai dealerships in my area and this one had the model I wanted coming to their lot. I worked with Chance Sanford who was pretty reasonable to deal with even though he was selling me a new car. He did listen to me and worked to accommodate my needs. That said, the Sales Manager kind of ignored what I worked out with Chance, used a bunch of jargon in his fast explanations, and tried to again sell me things I already refused without explicitly stating that he was selling me things I previously denied. I wondered if men get that same hard sell.

I'm happy with the car I purchased. Chance said he'd help me with the car servicing in the future. I'd be very happy if he helps support this purchase after the purchase. If he does, I'd highly recommend him as a sales person who takes care of the sale post-sale on multiple platforms and review sites.

Awesome Dealership
The gentleman that I worked with Zach Therrien was awesome as well as th Sales Manager Glenn Rice. I have autoimmune condition that does not allow me to be around people so Zach had a private office to use he wore a mask and was very accommodating. I wanted to pay completely for my vehicle and I got a great deal on a 2023 Santa Cruz SEL that worked for me. Kudos Sport Durst Hyundai. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE
The day I went into the dealership I did not expect to walk out with my brand new 2023. I came to the dealership to get my 2019 Accent serviced (which I also purchased from Sport Durst) but was informed that the issue my was experiencing was electrical. I immediately got on my phone and messaged "The Best Car Sale Man" Nick Dozier. That day Nick along with all the other workers worked me a deal that was beyond this world. Not only did I leave with my brand new car, I left with the security that the men of Sport Durst didn't try to get over on me or run a fast one. I have told everyone if you want a good deal on a car go see Nick Dozier!!!

Superb Service
What I appreciated most is that Taylor engaged with me via e-mail throughout the process. This catered to my own availability schedule and proclivity for email vs telephone. This wouldn't have worked out if not for Taylor's timely responses to my questions. Her responses were not only timely but accurate and her desire to be of service was commendable. Traditionally I am one of those folks who abhor the new car buying process. But Taylor actually made this process painless. Sport Durst should be most pleased with representing the firm. Well done Taylor. You have changed my mind about buying a new car. I didn't think that could be done.
