DCR conversion- classy, efficient service
Excellent job. Professional, timely and on estimate.

We love our F250 diesel and were extremely disappointed by the lack of response from Ford when we reached out to express our concern about the possibility of a fuel pump failure while towing a 5th wheel. A valid safety concern, and we’re still waiting for the service manager to call us back.

I researched on the internet and then visited Performance Diesel. They took time to explain the problem and a possibly solution to me. Also provided a rough estimate. I was back a few days later with some queries, and they patiently explained again. I decided to move ahead, they ordered the parts and took the truck in when the parts arrived

I picked the car up a couple of days later, and feel a lot less stressed when driving knowing that my fuel pump will not implode on me, sending shrapnel throughout the fuel system.

Thanks team - for your patience and for for accommodating my F250 in such a timely manner

Overheating on a 2001 F250
My 2001 F250 was having an overheating issue and I was able to drop it off the following morning. The only reason I didn’t drop it off that day was because it was late in the afternoon when I called for an appointment. When I dropped it off, Nick was awesome and gave me some information about my truck that I was unaware of and he told me what could have happened if I kept driving the truck. They took it in and a little bit later Nick called with an estimate. The following day I received a call and come to find out the bill was nearly $300.00 cheaper than I was quoted. The entire team at Southern Diesel is accommodating and polite and I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. I appreciate Nick taking the time to educate me on what my truck was experiencing and gave me options when he called with the estimate.

Ram 2500 Upgrades
I brought my truck in for some upgrades. I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. They installed a Thuren Kit, Banks Monster Ram and recommended a thermal bypass on my trans. It’s running a lot smoother now and cooler. Definitely recommend them for your heavy duty trucks.
