BUYER BEWARE!!
Purchased & sold many vehicles in my life, hands down, worse car buying experience ever. There appears to be a lot of inconsistencies, lack of communication & zero integrity going on here.
There's not enough room to write, to even begin to warn consumers so sadly it'll have to be brief. HUGE RED FLAGS
2021 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks
VIN#3FMCR9C64MRA01757, Stock #D12138A
- Sales Reps new, know nothing about vehicles & no attempt to find out answers to questions. Areli although kind, fit this bill.
- Vehicle not as advertised or presented on site as clean inside/out yet in person was absolutely disgusting inside!. Filthy. Heavy debris over every inch of floors, white food/liquid spilled on top of rear seat, debris imbedded into seats. Thoroughly embarrassing and unprofessional for the dealer
- Gas light on during test drive, alone
- Auto hold check light on, when questioned, Natasha, Sales Manager advised "Well, it's under manufacturer warranty". No assurance it'd be fixed prior to purchase, more or less insinuated that was on us to fix.
- MAJOR milage discrepancy. Again, not as advertised on site. Vehicle pic posted on dealer site as 17,583.3 yet listed on all sites including theirs as 32,613, yet odometer read 19,722.4 HUGE red flags waved for possible vin swap. Natasha asked to see ad, we had & cross referenced vin. She confirmed was correct vehicle but "Someone must've made a mistake & entered the wrong milage" Next day, Natasha advised she "Thought what had happened was it was entered as km and not miles. Adam Larson, identified as GM, stated this as well. However, math does not compute, that would be 20,264.7 miles
- Vehicle on lot for 61 days, Kwok, identified as General Sales Manager, claims can sell for $33K yet posted at $27,590? W/in those 61days, vehicle had 2,139.1 placed on it. Confirmed being used as loaner or employee car. After, 3 days deep w/attamepts to purchase vehicle, I offered $26K. 2nd offer, meet inK at $26,795. They come down $795, I'll come up $795. Natasha, Kwok & Adam all attempted ZERO negotiations and let me walk for $795. Unheard of for a dealer to not enter into negotiations not to mention, the poor and misleading customer interaction alone warrants negotiations.
- Dealer has poor ratings across board. When asked Natasha to pull Carfax as 2 major recalls showing as not fixed, she advised they don't use Carfax but pulled anyway? Kwok, advised, "Yes, we do!" yet, Adam Larson confirmed they in fact do not.
- Dealer not part of Ford Certified program. A 21' with 19k miles which would qualify, could not be Certified. Adam advised they chose not to buy into due to cost.
- Adam Larsen only apologized for misinformation provided & poor customer service. Said I should've been informed day 1 that car was priced as is. He's fully aware of dealer faults & let cash paying, 3 dy invested & customer walk over $795. He was too busy talking over me, trying to explain how long employees involved worked there, what their level of experience was, ,market values etc than selling a vehicle that is clearly not moving.
I am fully convinced dealer incorrectly priced vehicle w/32k miles on it & did everything in their power to foil purchase for me so they can turn around & re-post it with correct milage & price as they knew I had them with potential false advertisement as well as not honoring the accurate milage/price. As of today, the vehicle has already been re-posted with correct milage.
- Inaccuracies with milage, advertisement & pricing
- Kwok ILLEGALLY asked "How much can I pay you to not give us a bad review"
- Showing vehicles in poor, unclean and unsafe conditions
- Customer Service standards low, not recognize value w/cash paying consumer purchasing non certified, 1st edition vehicle w/2 major recalls, one which had no proof of fix @ 19k milage, Dash warning light present, major milage discrepancy, new tires needed, filthy vehicle condition, gas light on, uneducated staff & zero attempts to negotiate sale to the tune of $795

WORSE DEALER EXPERIENCE
This was my first experience trying to buy my own car at a dealership, as a young college student. To say the least my experience fell nothing short of terrible. The car we went to view was extremely dirty upon arrival. Regardless we went to take a test drive to solidify my interest when we found check lights going off in the car for gas and parking break issues, before becoming aware that the car was actually on recall and hadn't been fixed. We continued to talk about our interest in the car, however quickly found out the staff had almost no answers to any of our questions and wasn't very knowledgeable about their own car? While discussing questions it was brought to my attention that the mileage on the car was significantly less than what was outlined in the add. Over 10,000 less. Clearly thinking this is weird we brought it to the staffs attention where they told us that someone royally messed up. Following this the staffs demeanor changed from very welcoming and eager to make a sale to sincerely unwelcoming. We expressed our interest in buying and negotiating for the car, only to be shut down over and over again. The staff refused to even talk numbers and kept on sending us to various different staff member where no one would give us a straight answer. I am a very capable and educated honors student, who is the top of her class, and I have only left feeling like this staff is trying to manipulate a "young dumb" girl. I am sad to say this experience has given me a bad taste in my mouth, and has left me frustrated, confused, and suspicious of this process. Great way to start my car purchase journey. Do not give this place your business they are sketchy and rude.

Deceiving sale
if I could give less than a negative star I would.
Absolutely the worst experience I've had the beginning of the process went perfect two weeks after leaving and realized I was having engine trouble and ended up costing me $3,929.00. My fault I bought the vehicle as is because I'm thinking the 2020 Chevrolet equinox low mileage couldn't be too much wrong I was wrong and I've paid for it. Now today getting ready to pick up my tags I am informed that there is a $200 charge This should have been put into my contract which I was made to believe that it was in with all the financing I've never had to deal with that before especially putting 2,000 down and extremely high monthly payment overall horrible experience the car was nice but was sold a lemon. Extremely disappointed and I should have known that something fishy was going on when they were being deceptive by having me sign a title of car that I didn't even own like I was trading them in. It's all a facade The cars look good but I am extremely disappointed that I got put into the predicament now to have a car payment even higher than I had before in a car that's less dependable than what I had before.

Very bad service and inappropriate offer
I brought in my grand daughter's car (Brandi Moorman) 2 weeks ago for 3 items- checking a noise in the transmission which was still under warranty, replacing the front struts and the power steering failed. This car is a 2014 Ford Focus. Here are the complaints:
* Service tech quoted me $3,000 to change out the front struts and bushings- I was blown away. I took the car to Les Schwab in Enumclaw and they charged $798.
* they quoted $1,000 to change the electrical line to the power steering so we decided to wait until complete failure as it was intermittent.
* they could not duplicate the transmission noise.
When I declined the repairs due to total worth of car vs. repair cost the service tech offered to buy it from me (my son & grandaughter heard this) and charged me $500 for analyzing. Something is wrong with your approach to service!! We felt lied to, taken advantage of, and an inappropriate (possibly illegal) offer was made. I am considering going to the attorney general.

Not Worth Your Time or Money.
Sent a Ford 2015 Escape in. The main issue is electrical and starting issues. They said they couldn't duplicate it so couldn't fix it. Gave me codes for the fuel pump module, which I had already gotten from the auto parts store tester. Said they could change the module out for me for $900. Charged me $200 to tell me what I already knew and couldn't be bothered to actually try and find the real issue, which still pevents prevents the car from being trust worthy. I declined the module change and did it myself for the cost of an OEM part.

Stay away. The repair people don't care and they charge WAY too much.

They checked and said that everything is fine, only the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. They replaced the valve cover gasket. They suggested replacing the head cylinder temperature sensor. Which, before their inspection, was good according to their own statement. Now we understand that in the process of replacing the gasket, they broke it. Then they began to demand to replace the thermostat. Each time they began to impose something to replace. Buddy lost a whole week here. Although the repair itself, which they did just simply takes a little more than 1 hour. Manager Travis Snyder showed a disgusting attitude towards the client and wanted to make a deal to allegedly repair the thermostat. He tried so hard to put the client in a humiliating position. The car was issued in substandard condition
