Wonderful and Pleasant Experience
Most mechanics are a**holes because they know their work is essential. Four shops in Reno were rude as can be when I called about work for my Mini Cooper. I braced myself for the call to Smith Automotive and was pleased that these guys were NOTHING OF THAT SORT! Scott had open communication with me throughout the whole process, from appointment booking to work being done. They diagnosed my car quickly and had me back on the road again in no time. I can not recommend this shop enough and WILL be returning for all of my maintenance needs in the future.

New batteries
Had Smith’s Auto replace batteries in my F250 (they were 5 yrs old), inspected vehicle, which everything else came back with no issues. A family run Christian business, you will not get the runaround what needs to be done on your vehicle.

Great service
We took our 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in to get repaired and Smith did a great job. Then a couple of weeks later we had a check engine light came on we took it to Smith's and they repaired it at no charge. They are very dedicated in being a trustworthy professional auto repair facility. Thanks guys

90,000 mile warranty service
they beat Michael hohl by $1000 on the service did a awesome job truck was done when scott said it would done it needed back brakes which was not included in service scott took care of it for half the cost would recommend smith automotive to everyone

Reliable service
As expected Scott and crew did an awesome job getting my truck ready for a long trip. Did inspection and fluid changes quickly and sent me report with pictures of any needed repairs. Truck was done and ready for pickup before the end of day.
