I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Silverline Auto in Meridian, owned by Sterling Emry.
We consigned a vehicle with them earlier this year. The car was sold, but we only received a partial payment, and communication abruptly stopped after that. Multiple attempts to contact the business — via phone, email, and in person — have been ignored.
We’ve since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Idaho Attorney General, and are moving forward with civil legal action.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Silverline Auto. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before consigning or purchasing a vehicle through this dealership.
James said that they were a good service. They didn't solve the problem but they tried. They are very responsive when he calls. They're waiting to help.
Les said everything the employees did was extremely complimentary. The employees were helpful and he has nothing but good things to say about the service.

Arsen said this business is great. The employees take the time to explain what is needed. He is pleased with the service.
Spoke with Lori. She said the business was timely. She got her vehicle back right away and everything looked great. She said she didn't have any issues. She wants to thank them for providing wonderful service.
Kathleen said the employees fixed the problem but after the repair was done, she noticed the spring for the door latch was broken. She called the business and the employees were very nice to assist her in getting it fixed.
