Engine replacement leads to a broken air filter box and now you are expecting me to pay for this. Not brought up until I told you even though prior oil change videos show the clamps broken on my air box and this was NEVER addressed. I refuse to be gaslighted by your advisor and techs that this is my error. Those clamps should have been in place after my engine replacement. As your advisor said this could cause big engine issues. Now you want me to pay for the repairs to protect my engine that I fought so hard to have replaced because of your lack of customer service.
