Riana was great! She made the entire experience smooth and listened with to us. Finance was east too. They offered extra packages but didn’t push us to take them.
This was a return trip to this dealership for a second Hyundai. After nine years with a very reliable Elantra, it was time to consider something new. Andy Heavens at Shakers was the product specialist and was very professional, patient (we considered 3 cars and had two test drives), low pressure, and knowledgeable. He made the stressful experience of searching and leasing a new car enjoyable. The dealership has always been great for service as well.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a car from this dealership and both times was a great experience. I went from a lease to a purchase and Brandon was great. He answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend people to this dealership.
I was all set to jump into another brand of vehicle, not exactly happy with it, but frustrated and stressed from searching. Then I talked to Kyle at Shakers and he discussed options with me. Which was very helpful. I decided to stay with Shakers Hyundai and I am elated with my new Elantra. I believe I was saved from a bad decision.
I appreciated the open process as I contemplated a purchase or lease. I never felt pressured or rushed. All questions were answered completely; the process was efficient and pleasant and the car is a perfect choice for me. The sales and finance personnel were outstanding and when I had a follow up question about the technology after purchase, I was helped graciously and immediately.
