I had a wonderful experience with Shakers Family Hyundai. I had previously been there with my last vehicle (Elantra 2015) for some recall services and met Chris Maxfield to discuss purchasing a newer vehicle. I wasn’t in the position to do that at the time but spoke with him and kept his business card. I came back in March 2025 since my transmission went on my Elantra at 208,000. Chris was exceptional at showing me the best options for a small SUV. He was helpful, welcoming, and overall a great person to work with. I chose a 2025 Kona and then handled the final financial part with Jessica. She was outstanding in finding me the best option for my financial situation and continued to help me when further documentation was requested by the loan company.
