No service slots available for a first service of a NEW car!
I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona and it is due for the first 5,000 miles service. But NO appointments are available until January 2022! Therefore, it is not a big deal if I go over it, all the advertisement I get on the mail is just garbage, and the offer when you buy a new vehicle of FREE SERVICE for the first (?) 36,000 miles is just a lie UNLESS you go by WHENEVER they have availability despite how many miles you have!!!!! This is deceptive advertisement and FAKE PROMISES!

They take advantage of women and handicapped
I had a recall on my Sonta I bought it in to be serviced they serviced my car and said it's in good condition two days later my the engine light came on I made another appt brought my car in now they said my engine need filters that would be $700 I didn't have $700 so they suggested l refinance so I did now they charged me $960 I had know other choice due to I can't walk so I need my car I had a 9am appt I waited until 4:30 in the waiting room for my car to be serviced never again will I buy or suggest that anyone buy a Hyundai

The fact that Peacock Savannah tried to block me from posting another review because they knew this time around, they were wrong. They blocked one page, but not my other one. I waited this long to make another post because I wanted to make sure the Attorney Generals Office successfully help me to obtain my spare key the dealership KNEW they owed me. Terrence was my salesman and was good throughout the sales process, however he then became very unprofessional once he stated flirting in my text messages. Then he told me the service department lost my spare key to the car, then said a used vehicle does not require one. THEN he told me he was trying to have his service guy Shane to make me one under the table, but how was that possible when the car is with me on island. Im military and right now I am stationed on an island. I feel as if they tried to avoid me in hopes I would just give up and stop inquiring about my key. No sir……If you owe me something then you will give it to me. If the care was traded in with a spare key, then it needs to be sold with the spare key. Then the shit bag GM Keith told me flat out that they were not replacing my key. It should not have to take me to reach out to the AGO to get what YOU should have given me. For future reference tell your sales team that flirting with the customers is very unprofessional and the right spouse or significant other will not take that lightly and may come and whoop your ass. In the end, I have my key thanks to the GM Chris. I will say he was extremely helpful and always answered me calls even while he was out of the office and knowing I am in a different time zone. I’m quite sure he doesn’t know half of the things that go on in that place. As for Keith, you are still a miserable shit bag. Just know blocked or not, I will still get my post up. I won’t say I don’t recommend the dealership because there are good people there, but I definitely don’t recommend Terrence. Its people like him and Keith that will make customers not trust the business at that dealership in addition to discredit it as well. I should’ve known better than to deal with him after the picture and video of one of his customers cars catching fire after they purchased it from him. Nice try. I did get my key though…lol
