Super quick service
I dropped my 2003 325 off on Wednesday evening. By Thursday morning they had it diagnosed. I then added a service which needed a special order part. They still had the vehicle ready to be picked up on Friday morning.

Friendly AND Professional Service
UA is my go to for my older X5. (When my newer X7 is no longer under warranty, I will get it serviced at UA) They are the best for diagnosing and handling whatever my Beemer has needed over the years, which is why it is still running like a top. They are the best! Did I mention they are efficient AND FRIENDLY?

Transmission Malfunction
Very happy we the out come of this service event. All indications were that I was facing the need for a replacement transmission and Charles assessed that I only needed to rebuild the emergency brake module. This was a done at a significant cost saving. Charles always seeks to minimize my cost for what ever service is needed.

Prompt service on Electrical
