Great dealership!
Each and every time I have come here for purchase or service the staff has been amazing! The dealership is beautiful, and always extremely clean. The service staff always has treats for my little bulldog and she loves coming here!

I needed a new battery and oil pan replacement.
I came into the service area without an appointment needing a new battery. I was quickly helped by Chris to set it up. He sent me a video from the mechanic who discovered my oil pan was leaking as well. I was relieved that it was under warranty. This discovery was a blessing. I'm so thankful for Hyundai Greenfield knowing my vehicle is in great hands.
Chris is very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Oil Change Service, Awesome.........
Went in for the recommended oil change per the dash service notice. Went in at 5500 miles as the service notice had me set at 6K miles. The guy at the dealership said I wasn't due for another 2500 miles...... I told him to please just change the oil, long as I was there. He said sure no problem, said they would look at doing the oil change no charge since the notice was supposed to be set at 8K miles. In fact, the oil change was completed for free and additional service (low tire warning light was on) completed. Very happy with all work completed.

We like the video where we can see exactly what the techs are doing. One minor issue: we had this done on a Saturday, and the person at the counter told us there was a skeleton crew on weekends. This may explain why, unlike the typical situation, the car was not washed. Or the car wash was not working but no one told us that. Either way, that's the only detail you missed.
