Gratitude for River Oaks Firestone
River Oaks Firestone offers superb service. Everyone working there cares for the customer and has the customer’s best interest at the forefront of everything they do. The prices are far better than the dealerships and the work is excellent and dependable. Robert is so kind and has taken care of several of my cars and I will always call him when a need arises.

Service for unexpected issue
I had to bring my car in after my alternator died. They quickly diagnosed the problem and also discovered that my belt was in very bad shape. The alternator, belt, and battery were replaced in a timely fashion. As usual the service was very friendly.

They’re so efficient and nice. Very clean. I was running late to pick up my car and they waited for me.
My tire kept leaking and no one could figure it out. I went to River Oaks Firestone and within less than an hour they found the leak and fixed it. So efficient and clean. Very polite.

Best, fair, competent service with family-like friendliness!
Good competent diagnosis with fairly-priced service. Eddie, Robert, Ned and the crew are the best ever.....understanding from the customer's perspective, while charging very fair fees. I am grateful for having found them many years ago...sent family & friends there with the confidence they would be treated as well as they treat me.

Fast and Friendly Service
I was going on a trip and found a nail in a tire that morning. I called and they worked me in. The whole process from call to fix took about 40 minutes and I was able to go on my trip with almost no delay.

PhD in car noises
Eddie and his team have all the expertise needed to fix anything on your car.
On my last visit, they did troubleshoot what was wrong with my Mazda just by listening to the engine noise for 15 secs. And they were right.
My family has four cars, and everything we threw at them so far, they were able to fix. Whether it is a 1979 Fiat or a 2020 Porsche.

A great alternative to Porsche dealership
Dealership gave me a ludicrous quote for a brake job.
These guys maintain Porsche Mercedes and other German brands and know what German parts are needed and how to do it properly.
Give them a chance and you won’t regret.
