Excellent - Wouldn't desire anyone else to care for my Vehicle
I have had several years of auto care from Rick's Service Center, from simplistic car to major repairs. The honesty and professionalism exceeds a 5 star rating. As I myself, and as I have observed care for other customers, Rick, as well his staff not only take car of your automobile with the highest level of mechanical professionalism - yet, they treat everyone as if you were a close family member or the closest of friends.

Battery issue
I’m passing thru Sevierville, and I had one of my two batteries not holding a charge. Found Rick’s service center handles Interstate batteries. Stopped by to see if they could test. Waited about 10 minutes and service tech brought truck in and tested both batteries and found one bad.
Replaced battery and notice the cables were not install correctly by last interstate tech. Corrected issue and was out the door in 30-45 minutes total.
