I appreciate it their honesty
I took my car in for what I thought would most definitely need a new alternator. I know the cost of a new alternator would have been very high. It turns out all I needed was a new belt and the battery which was about half the cost. I’m sure some places would’ve racked up but my bill even though the alternator wasn’t needed.

Excellent Mechanics
I've been going to Retro since they opened. They are skilled mechanics and honest too! Whenever I bring my car in, even if it's just for an oil change, they always look over the entire vehicle. If they find anything concerning they let me know, but never pressure me into a repair. The front office is always pleasant and accomadating. I highly recommend Retro Auto.

Super satisfied
I was referred to retro by a friend of mine. My Nissan sentra was squealing in reverse and it sounded like a faint horn every time i hit the brakes hard. I scheduled an appointment, dropped it off and they called me to tell me what I needed and she said "ok we'll order the parts and call you when it's ready." i proceeded to arrange to borrow my brother's car for work that night since I'm on 3rd shift. I get a phone call less than 2 hours later and the car was ready! She sounds amazing. The price was cheaper than most garages and just the fact they honored MY schedule, was impressive. I'll definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them!

This is a very good shop
The service desk is very good and can answer any questions I have about the mechanical needs recommended by the service technician. I can even talk to the technician about the proposed work needed and get a comprehensive explanation about what and why this work needs to be done now or can it be done later and still be safe to drive.
