Excellent Service
Quality service + fair price + fast!
In general, you can choose only get two out of the three but I got all three. This was my first visit and I am definitely impressed. They fixed all the issues my car had - the smooth drive home made me really happy. Glad my friends recommended this place. I will be returning as long as I own a Subaru.

Quick oil change
Last minute plan change would put me next door to Redmond Werkshop. Fingers crossed, called Cub to see if there was ANY chance of getting a oil/filter change…he said “drop off the car, we’ll try to get it in. Dropped off car, went to my meeting for about a hour and Cub called as I was leaving…”Car is done”. Thank you Cub! Thank you Redmend Werkshop!

A reliable Auto Shop
On New Year’s Eve in 2024, the alternator of my 2006 Toyota Camry broke down. After checking with several repair shops, Redmond Werkshop gave the most reasonable estimate. After the repair, I saw that the new alternator was in high quality. I’ve been very satisfied with it ever since and am happy to recommend this repair shop.

VW Automatic Trans Service
The transmission in my 1996 Jetta with over 220K miles is as smooth and responsive as ever, thanks to the careful and complete service of Cub and his crew. They always take the time to do things right and yesterday was no exception. After discovering a stripped bolt hole in the pan they installed a helicoil to ensure a proper seal - something others might have overlooked or hastily patched. After almost 30 years of taking my car there, I trust no one else with such critical repairs for my old car... Ride On - Redmond Werkshop!

check engine light fixed
I called with my concern on the 'Check Engine Light' on the dashboard. I was given 2 choices - either I bring it in and they will look into it based on their current backlog or I can take an appointment 2 days from now. I chose the appointment. I brought in the car in the morning. In a couple hours I was given an explanation of the problem and an estimate. I agreed for the work and in a couple more hours, I get a call that my car is ready. Clean, simple, no-nonsense. They know VWs and it's easy to work with them. Do not go to the dealer - "my lesson learned the hard way".

Best in the Area
Been visiting them for around two years since moving here. They’ve been transparent about most everything and have debunked some of the skepticism I had going in. I will never get used to the labor costs in Washington, those are universal I guess.
P.S. for the love of God don’t go to Firestone if you can help it
