Check your vhicle before and after
Sales was good , service on the warranty replacement of the rear bumper protection stickers was painless enough and the oil change service was quick enough but the day after the oil change i noticed something on my seats that i had never seen before which looks like over spray, so i brought it back and they say oh look there is a little on this arm rest protector so it didnt happen prior to sale and i wasnt thinking i was like ok and left but while i was trying to get this off my seats it dawned on me i was told not to wash my car for at least 72 hours after bumper applique was installed, so the day after the oil change was the first cleaning since any work by them was done on it and i noticed this mess. I cant fight them because i cant prove it but i know as clean i as keep my vehicle i would have seen this sometime prior and i sure as heck would have known if paint spray was flying around the inside of my car. i wont return for any service or anything really from there, I advise everyone take pictures with your phone of the inside and outside from every angle before dropping your vehicle off. I have learned my lesson.

BESSE TURNER
My visit to Ralph Sellers Hyundai was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was cordial and so welcoming. My sales person was Besse Turner, who made me feel right at home. Besse and I had spoken several times on the phone prior to my visit, and she was very helpful before my arrival and during my visit. She answered my questions and would seek out answers to the questions that she could not answer personally. Great job Besse.

Purchase of Hyundai Palisade
Excellent customer service, start to finish!
Ashley Jarreau, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very people-oriented! She made us feel very comfortable during a typically stressful time. Antoine, the manager, was also very helpful in locating the right car! It was a very pleasant experience, buying our third vehicle from Ralph Sellers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Horrible
I’m getting very impatient with Hyundai Services here, they’ve had my car for a week and still have not touched it to even see what’s going on.. I’ve mentioned to them that this is my only transportation for I have missed work and my kids have been unable to get to school. This has been the most depressing week ever I just want my car fixed so I can go back to having a normal life. I am stressed!

Besse at Ralph Sellers
We LOVE BESSE. She is the best!!! INFACT so sweet and awesome we bought 2 cars with in 2 months of each other. She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Great advice as well! So will be going back to her for future car purchase. So if thinking of buying a car I highly recommend Ralph Sellers Hyundai in Gonzales!!

Terrible Service Department at RALPH SELLERS
We have been trying for two weeks to get to speak to anyone who can help with a warranty repair on an automobile we purchased there and have not been able to get anyone to answer a phone or return our call after repeatidly leaving messages with the receptionist. They either put you through to a number that does not have voicemail set up or it goes to voicemail for someone (including the service manager)who will never return your call. We have asked to speak to everyone from the service agents, service manager and the owner. No one calls back. The only thing we get is diverted by the receptionist. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Ralph Sellers and they called us repeatidy when we were looking to buy.
To Ralph Sellers: you will never have to worry about us calling again. Your not the only show in town.

Visited this dealership for a used vehicle. They agreed to reduce price by $250 and acted like this was such a great deal for me. Then they lowballed my trade by 3000 compared to the 2 other dealerships I just visited
Treated us like we were ignorant as this was a great deal and we should take it. Skip this place. Could care less we were ready to purchase.

DISAPPOINTED
Im very DISAPPOINTED in this dealership!
I called and had them pull a vehicle out the night before for me to test drive. It was there for me to drive. (Red Calligraphy FWD 2.5T for 46,***.00..)
When I was driving back to Kenner @ 800pm I noticed the a/c was not blowing out of the middle 2 vents !! Called Antoine and he said sorry.
Not once did they say bring it back and we will fix this....
Now, they want me to bring this vehicle (10 miles on it when purchased 3 days ago) to the Metairie dealership to be fixed !!!!! UNACCEPTABLE

Great Service! Tyler was awesome!!
Tyler did such a great job with providing me the best service and very fast! He got me an appointment within the same day and they got my car’s steering wheel fixed like new! And to top it off he found that it was free of charge under warranty! Thank you so so much! I’ll definitely recommend this dealership.
