Best Repair Shop Around
We’ve been going to Fritz and Precision Import for almost 30 years. They are professional, honest, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Repairs are done at a fair price. I really appreciate their transparency and excellent customer service.

Car Maintenance and Critter Removal
After the tornadoes destroyed most of Arnold, I had an issue with the blower motor on my brand new Nissan Rogue. The dealer said they would look at the issue but it was most likely not to be covered under warranty. So I reversed course and took it to Fritz and Co. They helped fix the issue that a burrowing, gnawing mouse caused and got me back moving forward. I trust Precision to give it to me straight and not take advantage on me.

Wouldn't go anywhere else
I'm on my third Camry, first two went WELL OVER 250,000 miles and I bought them pre-owned with 50,000 miles on them approximately. Fritz and his team took good care of them. Now I'm on my first new Hybrid Camry and now that I am the only one who has taken her in for care with Precision Imports I'm sure she will last well over 300,000 miles!

Trustworthy and honest shop
I went here on a recommendation from my son. I have had a few repairs done on my 2014 Honda CRV. Fritz explains everything to me in a way that I can understand, since I am not a mechanic. Lindsay works in the office and at the front desk and she is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this shop!
