Trying to solve the situation
I am currently trying to solve the situation I am in with Potamkin Hyundai of Miami Lakes. No pleasant experience because they rarely follow up on calls or emails to bring a solution to the customer. I had to deal with a person who was not honest during the transaction or purchase of the vehicle, and he doesn't work here anymore. I am waiting for upper management to get back to me and I had to file a complaint. If the situation doesn't get solved within a reasonable time I will give full details about my experience. I hope to solve it soon but as of today, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody until I see the full outcome. I am still waiting for a response from upper management.

Actualmente estoy tratando de resolver la situación en la que estoy con Potamkin Hyundai Miami Lakes. No es una experiencia agradable porque rara vez hacen un seguimiento de las llamadas o correos electrónicos para brindar una solución al cliente. La persona que asistio en la venta no fue honesta y ya no trabaja mas aqui. Estoy esperando respuesta de la gerencia mas arriba. Si la situación no se resuelve en un tiempo razonable, daré todos los detalles sobre mi experiencia. Tengo esperanzas de resolverlo, pero a día de hoy, no recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

I would give them a zero, but 1 is the minimum. Their customer service is non-existing. Trying to get a refund for GAP insurance is a total nightmare. They give you the runaround just to keep your money. If they answer the phones, they transfer you to oblivion where all you hear is music and nobody answers again.

Great experience buying a car
I went to Potamkin in Miami Lakes, FL to shop a certified used car Hyundai Santa Fe. Truthfully, I did not have the attention of buying the same day. I met Ara Adan, she was in a hurry when she asked me was I looking for a car. The beginning of our conversation was not great. However, we started talking and showed me a few Hyundai until I saw the car I really liked. We drove the car and end up buying the same day because of Are. Ara Adan is a great sales woman and very nice. She did great helping me select the car I wanted. She had great customer service. Provided best car buying experience, very courteous, and patient. I will referred her to anyone.

Una compradora
Son unos ladrones de cuello y corbata. Para quien lea esta reseña que sepa y conozca que cuando se compra un vehiculo y se le pone el seguro del GAP por sus siglas en inglés. Y de echo no se utiliza todo el tiempo que el vehiculo tiene para sus meses porque lo devuelves antes del tiempo y sacas otro carro , ATENCION. A ESTO. ese dinero que no utilizaste del GAP hay que reembolsarlo y eso lo saben muy pocas personas. Adi que OJO. SI NO TE LO DEVUELVEN. PIEDES RECLAMARLO QUE ES TUYO. El dealer se queda cin algo que ke oertenece al cliente y no utilizo. A mi personalmente me ocurrio. Ellos SON LADRONES DE CUELLO Y CORBATA.

The salesman Alex Silva was very good.
I spoke to him over the phone and when I got to the dealer he had the car ready, with the color and features that I wanted.
He had all the information ready for me to make a decision and in less than 30 minutes we had closed the deal.
He deserve a 10 for working out of temporary offices and still giving me VIP attention.
Giussepe was also very professional upon signing all the loan documents.

Excellent Customer Service
Although there's currently construction going on, the sales team ensures each customer has a comfortable and well-rounded experience. I had the fortune to have Pedro De La Cruz as my salesman who went above and beyond to help me find my perfect first car. I brought my dad with me who helped me look for an affordable vehicle and Pedro was patient with us as we tried different cars. Thanks to him, I was able to leave the dealership with the Tucson. Pedro made the encounter joyful and familiar, and I hope more families go to him when looking for a new family vehicle or in investing in their kids first car.
