Solicite me ayudarán a montar la escobilla del parabrisas del lado del chofer.
Lleve al taller una escobilla nueva del parabrisas del lado del chófer para que me ayudarán a montarla, el mecánico no demoró más de 5 minutos,pues resultó ser súper sencillo, pero yo no sabía hacerlo.
Aclaro que soy cliente de unos cuantos años de ese taller, siempre me atendió excelentemente la manager anterior Claudia, pues para mi total sorpresa el manager nuevo me quería cobrar $45.00 dólares , por el servicio que les acabo de explicar anteriormente, al reclamarle al señor de la caja, le explico al manager,y este le respondió que me cobrará $25.00, al decirles que jamás volvería a ese taller, el manager bajo a $20.00 dólares, los pago, y me retire.
Considero que fue muy poco profesional y muy desconsiderado por parte del Manager.
No tuvo la más mínima consideración por los años como cliente.
