Experts also Human-Friendly!
Platinum has amazing technical expertise, and their triage and communication is really beyond compare! I called with an acute problem this week; they squeezed me in and fixed the problem immediately! My car also receives regular preventative visits and we schedule time to resolve concerns as they arise. This sensible approach to car maintenance wins my vote everytime!

Great Experience
Ford was unable to correct a steering / suspension issue on my new F350 and Nate and his team researched and corrected my issue much better than Ford was able to do.
I believe the only reason Nate wasn’t able to make it 100% is due to issue with Ford program fault…
Thank you for digging into this and making it a priority to resolve.

They do what they say they will do. You’ll pay way the estimate says it costs. They will honor any guarantee they have. They have a very good business model and are great to work
If you own a car you should let Platinum Automotive do the maintenance and or work on it
