Quick and Warranty Honored
Had an issue come up that was previously fixed by Piedmont. Few months later the same issue came back. Brought it back, no appointment, and was fixed and returned to me by the end of the day. 100% covered under their warranty. That’s the type of service and warranty that sets Piedmont apart from the rest.

Excellent service, convenient shuttle
Having had our car serviced a few times at Piedmonts locations in Gainesville and Haymarket, and used the shuttle from Smiley (G) and John (H) we recommend Piedmont to neighbors and friends.
I am glad that I checked the dealer’s expensive and comprehensive proposals with the independent mechanics at Piedmont. They assured me that the car didn’t need excessive maintenance — and they worked on the necessary issues only.
That’s what we expect in a good, independent shop!
Disadvantages? Too popular so that car parking is full and service times are long. Worth it.

Don’t Go Anywhere Else!

It’s always a pleasure working with the folks at Piedmont. It feels like family and you know when you take your vehicles there they will look out for you and not charge you for issues that don’t exist. They are a great group which is why they are our go to auto shop.

Saved me in a pinch
I had failed a safety inspection at a competitor and had an appointment to get the problem fixed. When I got there, no record of the appointment. I decided to try my luck here and the gentleman at the desk was so helpful and told me that they would be happy to help and even got a complimentary ride home and had a great conversation with the driver who was so kind.

I had my problem resolved that day and for WAY less money!

I would recommend Piedmont to anyone moving forward.

Worth the trip
Kevin and the rest of the staff were so very helpful and compassionate in dealing with me. Their knowledge and expertise made it worth my while to travel the 40 miles to have my servicing of my hummer worth the travel.
