Great Staff Honest Workers
I dropped my car off on Monday night for a Tuesday morning appointment to get an oil change and take a look at the tire light that had been on for a few months. The tires were holding air, so I assumed it was a sensor issue.
After a few days due to a large workload, they were able to get to my car and learned it was in fact the sensor. They quickly replaced it and had me hit the door by Friday morning. They didn’t upsell me anything I didn’t need not try to fix something that wasn’t broken. They were honest about what was the problem, quickly got it fixed and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it.
As a younger female, it means a lot to have a mechanic shop that you feel comfortable with, and that you trust the mechanics not to take advantage of you because they assume you don’t know what you’re talking about.

10/10 recommendation this place!

Cruise control replacement
I've been using piedmont tire now for the past four years they're always pleasant reasonable but today they took was what was probably a two 2 1/2 hour job and did it within an hour replace the cruise control in the car works perfectly I never have to worry about there mechanics and how they work on my car it's always top shelf

Wonderful service
Piedmont did an amazing job with getting my car in and out as quickly as possible. They were great at communicating what needed to be done and how long they thought it would take. Once I got there to pick it up they were friendly, quick and so helpful. We will be lifelong Piedmont customers.

Friendly and fast service
Dropped off my car, they were friendly, answered every phone call and did not put anyone on hold. They got my work done extremely fast even though they were extremely busy. Will definitely return here

Customer Service is NOT Dead
This was my first time using Piedmont Tire and I had THE BEST experience! I purchased 4 new tires and needed front end alignment. They were extremely polite and professional but the thing I was most impressed, and appreciative of, is that I arrived a few minutes before they were supposed to open and when they saw me at the door they came over and welcomed me in. In addition, I was given a pickup time of between 10 and 11 am and they called me around 1020 to let me know that my car was ready and they apologized for missing the 10 am time by a few minutes. I was so impressed! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Haymarket location!!!
