Fantastic service
Phoenix motors really helped us out. Great customer service too. They fixed a problem with a “stuck bolt” and got us back on the road. Very courteous mechanics and staff. 😃

Great workmanship
Phoenix Motor is honest and very easy to talk to. They get to the problem and are so good to take care of it. They tell you how much before starting on it. And when I go to pay the bill is at quote or under.

Honest Service
Based on hours of testing, they concluded the problem required a replacement of the timing chain and other engine components for my minivan with 187k miles. However, based on the standard labor charge and miles on the vehicle, they recommended replacing the vehicle. It showed they care more about the customer than the customer’s money. That says a lot by itself.

Mission impossible car repair
Allen , never gave up and could have charged way more than he had originally quoted because it was a VERY labor intensive repair. He got it done and they checked it multiple times to make sure it was good to go! We appreciate his perseverance!

Always a Pleasure
Looks like a small shop that’s always packed and it’s easy to see why. The mechanics there are always happy to explain the issue and processes in depth and go out of their way to give a good deal. It’s hard to find mechanics that aren’t trying to sell you on things you don’t need or take advantage of some folks ignorance when it comes to their vehicles, but this place does things right. They have a pretty busy schedule due to the well deserved business so sometimes they aren’t the quickest, but the quality and care of their service is completely worth it in my opinion.

GREAT
Fixed my truck quickly at a reasonable price and even delivered it back to my house when I told them my wife was having trouble driving. I couldn't be any more pleased with Phoenix.
