When I called I spoke to Jim and he claims he can't find my repair order and won't look at it unless I can come up with the repair order.
Even though I called back and provided bank statements of receipts from me paying for the transmission rebuild he still refuses to honor the warranty.
Pete's certified transmission will leave you stranded.
Jim sounds like a nice guy when he's diagnosing your vehicle and trying to get money out of you but he's a crooked mechanic. Go somewhere else.
