Excellent service
My car needed some very expensive repairs. The staff was very helpful and explained everything in detail and made sure I was updated every step of the way. Special shout out to Jake, who went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. I will never trust my car to any other place.

Related my flat tire. Right on with the time frame. I was very impressed with the service. I would not be hesitant to do additional business with them.

Friendly. A good-neighbor shop
I had a nail in my rear tire. The position is awkward (close to the middle of outer band). It was unrepairable by the book and my dealer wanted me to replace the tire. (set of 4 because of AWD.) So, I looked up the web for 'mechanics near me' and this shop popped up.

I called and told them the situation and asked if they could just use the repair-kit instead of patching it. They looked at it and said it should be fine. They did it right away without charge.

I understand that they are new to Hockessin and trying to build a good reputation. Whatever, they will have my family's business.

Deflated tire
Had a nail in my tire and called Campanella's for help. Stuart was very responsive and my tire was quickly repaired at no charge! It's wonderful to have a local company to care for my car. They will continue to have my business!

As always we are extremely pleased with the work completed and the customer service. Always friendly and helpful. Our truck did have a cigarette odor upon return . First time that has happened. It is fairly new and we are non smokers so it was picked up.
