Won’t go anywhere else
John and Matt are flat out awesome. I’ve been coming here for years and am always taken care of. Always clear, honest, up-front pricing before any work is done and the work is always done well. They won’t tell you need work on something else that doesn’t need it and that’s hard to find elsewhere. There’s a reason why they have a 5/5 star rating.

Unfortunately, my wallet has taken quite a hit over the years as I’ve become a regular but, the money is spent well knowing the work will be done right and on time. Do yourself a favor and get your repairs done here. Thanks guys! Sadly, I’ll probably see you soon! ;)

Always “Painless”!
Jon & Matt are great to work with! Always quick to respond, fast with the service and fair/honest with their pricing. I’ve gotten outrageous quotes for various repairs on my vehicles from other dealers and service shops. Painless is hands down the best experience I’ve had in the area. Their facility is also freshly updated with a large, comfortable waiting room if you should need to hang out for a bit. Thanks Gents, I’ll be back!

Fantastic Service, worth the trip
A couple weeks ago my car started overheating. Adding coolant seemed to help but it seemed to be draining fast. I took it to a place down the street from me, but they claimed a pressure test showed no leaks and completely ignored my Check Engine light. Once I realized my car wasn’t fixed and still needed work, I decided to make the drive to Painless because I had a good experience in the past. They found the problems right away and fixed everything quickly and more cheaply than the other place. More than satisfied, I won’t ever try another mechanic again
