Dishonest owner
Nannete fired a great employee and he received help from TWC. Now she is recanting that he was not fired and is appealing decision. There are several witnesses but some are fearful of losing their job if they come forward. Fortunately, there is a witness and he will be coming forward. This is a warning, do not trust your vehicle to her. I have witnessed myself her charging $900 for a 50$ job. Her goal each day is for technicians to upsell as much as possible. Do not take your vehicle there

unecessary charges.
I had small bolt to be fixed. I would have done, if I had spanner. Minutest of the minute job.
Went there, nice talking management asked me to sit in the glass room. Charged me $63, saying it is 30 minutes job. It is hardly 1-2 minute job, even without electric and manually tightening the screw. I was shocked to see the bill, for such a small job. Wish there was option for zero stars.
Brake job was a little high,(even with a AAA discount of $50.00) but I always look at the warranty (3 years). Still waiting for a callback for a associated brake line that needed replacement.
Robert said the honesty, integrity and the up front service is worth spending the money for. They presented two options to him for repair. The repair was done promptly and was worth it.
Spoke with Nannette's husband. He said this is a top-notch business. He always feels comfortable there, and their service is fantastic. He is a repeat customer.
They are honest and priced good. I trust them and that’s so important. I had a dealership fix something a few months ago and they didn’t put it back together correctly, but O’Briens fixed it for me.
After jumping from mechanic shops from transmission issues to other issues, i finally found the best of places to take care of ALL my car issues under one roof ( and i do mean ALL) from oil change to transmission to motor issues all of it. And i have never met such awesome wonderful friendly people to attend me starting with the Owner to her employees and mechanics. I know i will not be needing to go looking else where to get my All my car issues fixed ( the girls at the front desk are super duper awesome ) I feel like they are my family and cared so much about my issues and concerns and there prices are the best yet!
