Tune up
First I want to say that when I called to find a mechanic and met the mechanic Mr Neil owner operator he was very friendly was very honest wasn't able to do the work that day but we set a day and time he continued with his communication and completed the service I've only had my car for 24 hours and so far so good no complaints with the much needed tune up.

Neil has been in the business for over 25 years, and what makes him stand out isn’t just his experience, but his incredible humility and dedication. Even as the owner, he’s there every single day, working hands-on and treating every customer like family.

I first found Neil 10 years ago when I needed help, and he came through for me without hesitation. Fast-forward to today—even though I’ve moved and live much farther away—I still call him because I know there’s no one else I’d trust. Neil is the definition of honest and reliable. He never price gouges, always explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his customers.

As a woman, I’ve always felt completely comfortable and safe in his shop, knowing he would never take advantage or recommend something unnecessary. He works with integrity, kindness, and a commitment to doing things the right way every single time.

Rear shock replacement
Niel’s team identified and pointed out the issue with my shocks when he conducted a full vehicle inspection after I purchased a used vehicle. There was no pressure to immediately replace, and when I returned a month later for the repairs he remembered me and the issue. His team quickly completed the repairs and got me back in my car in no time. Always a great experience at Niel’s.
