Troubleshooting before replacing.
I found the owner to be very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to converse with. However, I don't think my 2013' RAM 1500; I had brought in for an engine diagnostic was adequately tested and evaluated for a problem I had been experiencing for a few months. The fault determined the problem was a # 5 dead cylinder, and in my opinion, warranted additional in depth testing, but it was not recommended nor offered to me, but instead, an estimate to overhaul the engine at nearly $6K was placed in front of me for consideration. I'm sure the shop employes good mechanics, but I don't do service and repairs in this manner.
