no surprises here!
I can't say enough good things about my experience at My Dad's Automotive. I had a few issues with my wife's Jeep Liberty, including strange noises and warning lights on the dashboard. The team quickly assessed the problems and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They provided a detailed estimate before starting any work, which I appreciated--no surprises here! Some complications arose during the repairs, but they covered the costs, got it fixed right, and earned my loyalty - the team went above and beyond.

Disgraceful
My friend took his car there to get the A.C. repaired. After two days and nearly $3000 later they had him pick it up and told him that none of his dash vents work(which they did) but it will blow cold in defrost. Obviously they thought my buddy was dumb because defrost is in the red section of his knob and of course it didn't blow no cold air whatsoever. He took it back and wanted it fixed like he paid for and Jeff told him and quote, "I could just tell you to fuck off." That's the kind of shop they are running over there! Only reason they agreed to look at it again when they have some "free time" was my buddy mentioned calling his attorney. 0 stars! Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Kinda place that give mechanics a bad rep. Garbage.

Great Experience
The staff is knowledgeable and professional, especially Tiffany. She explained everything needed, answered all my questions, was very friendly. The whole crew seems great. Got the work done on time. I highly recommend them. Make an appointment tho, they are pretty busy!

I lkike My daddys because they are reasonably priced, they let you know what if any work needs to be done on our vehicles and give me options as to when what needs to be done first. I would rate them higher, but they usuallly take slightly onger than what they originally tell you.
