Purchase of a 2025 Kona
Andrew at the Hazelwood Napleton Hyundai dealership did an excellent job getting my price on a 2025 Kona SEL AWD and back on the road quickly. He also followed up a couple days later to ask if I had any concerns or questions, which I did not. Looking for a new or other Hyundai, ask for Andrew. Thanks Andrew!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.. I BROUGHT A CAR TWO MONTHS AGO AND THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUES..THE SALESMAN JESSIE MILLER HYPED EVERYTHING UP LIKE I WAS GETTING THESE GREAT PERKS BUT IT WAS ALL BULLSHIT TO MAKE THE SALE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They refused to help me when things went bad they were no help watch out!

They do what they can because they're short-handed but then again there's no communication there's no skill there's no nothing here they don't want to help you with anything it doesn't matter if you have a warranty or not it's kind of out of control a little bit I've been here since 11:15 it's 2:00 p.m. I'm supposed to be at the dentist I've already pushed it out an hour and 30 minutes already so my car has been here just for an oil change that long it's kind of aggravating when you worked all day and been up since 3:00 a.m.

No idea what's going on there
My car has been in the service department for 3 weeks now, and all communication with the staff has completely stopped this week. I leave multiple messages and never hear back about what is going on with my car. I understand that they are busy, but I am so frustrated that I can't get anyone to just call for a few minutes with an update. On top of that, they seem to have lost the records from 2 of my visits this past Spring and Summer when I brought my car in every 1000 miles for checks on an oil consumption issue and are telling me I will have to start all over. These people are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT take your car here if you can avoid it.

Alot of our purchase was over the phone. Matthew sent my wife multiple window stickers to look at. Welcome over an hour away, when we arrived Jake was great. Negotiating price was easy. Devin in finance was great as well. We kept them at work until past 1030. Anyway we truly appreciate everyone's help.

New 2021 Kona

Service Dept is good
I went to the service dept to have a steering problem looked at along with a problem with my a/c. Apparently the steering issue was in recall (sweet, no cost to me!) and in looking at the a/c problem the technician found a squirrel nest in my cabin filter area. He cleaned it out and told me how to keep the little bugger out. The nest was the probable cause of the a/c issue as it was the heat/cool knob that was the problem. There was also a recall on the airbag that was fixed. I asked about my tires and was told that they were fine (also good for me!) I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint was I had to wait for the car and it took about an hour longer than I was originally told.
