Amazing Service
Always heard great things about Muffler Masters so I decided to stop by and they still surpassed my expectations! I was recently quoted for a $2000 exhaust pipe repair at Honda that turned out to be a $100 weld repair here, due to an incorrect diagnosis. The honesty is commendable!

Front desk ladies were amazing and repair time was super quick (out within an hour). I will definitely be back for all of my car services in the future :)

A friend had recommended this company to me and the customer service was awesome
I had to get a water pump replaced in my vehicle hilbish Ford tried to charge $4,100 for this Master tech is great person my warranty company said absolutely not someone recommended Master mufflers to me and the job was less than $1900 the customer service was awesome I will recommend this company to anyone great job guys

I called and asked for a verbal estimate for exhaust work. Told to bring it by early on Saturday morning . Work done complete and under estimate.

Very professional and friendly.
Excellent service at Muffler Masters! They welcomed me from the start, were very professional and kept me posted with the progress being made. The technician invited me back to show me the work done. From the ladies greeting you, the technician and Joe the service writer, they all treat you with respect, courtesy, and are very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I went to the shop that was recommended by Pages Auto in Concord, for a catalytic converter problem. They were knowledgeable and very curtious when speaking to me. What most impressed me was that the man explained everything to me and suggested what he would do if it was his truck. That's what I look for in a repair shop. Reasonably priced and treat vehicles like they own them, that is what I look for in a mechanic. Well done and thank you.
